Shielded Sample Transport Robot Overview

The shielded sample transport robot is designed for the automatic transportation of radioactive samples within laboratories. It consists of a shielded sealed container, automatic transport mechanism, interlocking sealing system, site transportation vehicle, automatic control system, and remote control system.

 

Main Features

1. Interchangeable Containers:

   • Supports different inner liners for transporting various sample sizes and structures.

2. Sealing Performance:

   • Excellent sealing capability with maintained internal negative pressure.

3. Interlocking Mechanism:

   • The container can only be opened or closed via an interlocking mechanism inside the glovebox, ensuring full sealing before the cover is opened.

4. Automated Navigation:

   • Ground magnetic stripe-based positioning for automatic path recognition and route planning to handle different sample transfers.

5. Low-Temperature Transport:

   • Equipped with a low-temperature shielded sealing fixture for sample transportation under cold conditions.
